We store the data your agency enters in order to provide the service. Each company's records are isolated and are never shared with another company.

What we collect

Account details, company profile, and the operational records you create (customers, shipments, invoices, employees).

Public tracking

The public tracking page shows only the shipment status timeline, route cities and a masked receiver name. Phone numbers, addresses and amounts are never exposed publicly.

Retention

Data is retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends, after which it is deleted on request or purged automatically.
